My name is Matt Holden
I'm a freelance Full Stack Web Designer / Developer from Chicago, Illinois, who specialize in User Research and User Experience

My work balance is to assist clients in better designs and products with users focus. My goal is to continuing my education for designing like artifical intelligence, virtual reality, and intelligent systems to integrate new capabilities for these platforms.

I design projects for web sites and applications, including brand execution, user interfacing, and user experience. A Master Certification in Web Design and Development from Illinois Institute of Technology of Chicago, my expertise lies in the creative process from discovery, through visual design, to final delivery. Also passionate about executing strategic and successful digital marketing design solutions. I like to think that my skill sets are unique in designing and coding, because I come from a background of web servers administration, and from there I have move from the Back End to the Front End seamlessly. I can wear my hats.

In this data-driven design approach it’s important to specific insight that can be gathered by conducting user interviews. Track user mouse movements, view their screen activity, and monitor how they navigate through your website.

I think with E.D.I.P.T and I work with the 5 dimensions. I create wire frames, mockups, and low/high fidelity rapid prototypes.

By incorporating strong user insights into your design strategy, I can improve many web site’s user experience and flow.

By using data driven data facts, have lead me to greater User Experiences currently. .

I know the history of my field enough to develop a point of view and an approach. I am comfortable with critiques, and that I can take and give constructive criticism. I can facilitate a teamwork session and move on to listen to others.

My life balance is playing basketball with my daughters, or exercise my Tae-Kwon-Do routines, or running with my dog.
